Do You Have Cash On Delivery (COD)
We highly discourage Cash On Delivery (COD) as a precautionary measure and for the safety for both the customer and the staff.

However, you may request for COD and we will asses if your area is serviceable. Please prepare exact payment and sanitize the money.  

What Payment Method is Available?
You may use online payment facility such as GCash and BDO For Online Banking.  

When Will I Receive My Order?
We ship your order on the next day upon validation of your details and orders.  If you have preferred date of delivery you must notify us ahead of time.

What Delivery Service Company is Available?
As of the moment we have three options Lalamove, Grab Express, and our own delivery rider. 

Is There a Minimum Purchase?
There's no minimum purchase but we limit only up to 15 kg per order.

How Much Is The Delivery Fee
Delivery fee will depend on your location calculated by Lalamove and Grab Express. Shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer unless there's a free shipping promotion.

Do You Have Specific Area for Delivery?
Presently we covered Quezon City area and nearby cities such as Marikina, Manila, Caloocan, Valenzuela, San Juan, part of Mandaluyong, and part of Pasig.
